yea... after enjoying it, and when the orangey light started to dim, i decided to have a jog! :)

i jogged from my place to the place where i usually meet up with my RUNNING KAKI for the run....... then jogged back to my place...
was it a long distance or not doesn't really matter. cause this time round, i followed my sense of direction and the messages that sent out from my brain when i jogged. (:
isn't it pretty amazing?? are you astonished or unfazed? hehehhe !!! :D

yea... i feel MUCH MUCH BETTER NOW ! but somehow, there are still unhealed BRUISES ON MY WOUNDS. God knows when will i be fully recovered and return to my HEALTHY STATUS. (:
