WOW !!!! the running session today is SUPERB !!! is a MIRACLE FOR ME !!! =)

as saleha was still absent today... i asked sandhia and thviya to go with us... wow... indeed they turned up... hahahx... we waiting for miss chua at the porch area as she's still in her meeting... she drove us there so at about 5.45pm then we reached the stadium... i met KENG YIP !!! hahahx.. long time pals... :)
miss chua and i went to the changing room to change to our sports wear... hahahx... i can tell you seriously... this is my FIRST TIME running with a teacher... hahahx... after we had changed... we went back to her car and left our things inside... hahahx... we started off with warm up.. but i didn't do it... indeed i done it after the run... hahhax... we started walking to the starting point... then we start jogging and chatting... wow... jog and chat... i realised that i have already ran 3 ROUNDS NON STOP... wow... ITS AMAZING... BROKE RECORD... hahahx... then continued... in total, WE COMPLETED RUNNING 6 ROUNDS AROUND THE STADIUM TRACK NON STOP... wahahahax... plus 2 rounds of brisk walking for cooling down... hahahx...

i can tell you seriously that... MISS CHUA IS A GOOD ATHLETE... wow... she can run and run for about 7 or 8 rounds non stop... when we are starting to brisk walk after the 6th round, she's still continuing to jog... OH MAN !!!~

we decided to make a deal that we are going to run together every tuesday and thursday after school.... YEA !!! i hope it COME TRUE ... hahahx... and we made a deal that... WE ARE GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER... DON GIVE UP EASILY !!! ~

yea... so that we can dress up beautifully for our graduation night this year... YEA !!!!! :)

i am really very touched that... I HAVE MADE IT TO RUN 6 ROUNDS NON STOP !!! BROKE MY RECORD... yea... and i aim to do well the 2.4km run next year during NAFA TEST... =)
